Veg-Boosted Folded Cheesy Wraps

Serves: 4 people

Cook Time: 6 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 4 tortillas or wraps

  • 1 cup mashed beans or refried beans

  • 2 tbsp Nutri V Mixed Veg Powder

  • 1 cup grated cheese 

  • 1 avocado mashed with paprika & cumin & a dash of olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix the beans with Nutri V Veg Powder.

  2. Mash avocado with olive oil, paprika & cumin.

  3. Lightly mark the tortilla into four quarters with a knife (only cut all the way through for one quarter).

  4. Spread the bean mixture and sprinkle cheese on one quarter.

  5. Spread the mashed avocado and sprinkle cheese on the opposite quarter.

  6. Fold the wrap quarter by quarter, starting with one filled quarter, then folding each section over to keep the fillings separate.

  7. Bake at 180°C for ~6 minutes, until golden and melty.

  8. Cool slightly, then slice into halves for serving.


Serve & Store

Perfect warm or cold for lunchboxes.

Fridge: 3 days | Freezer: 2 months (defrost overnight or reheat gently)
