Almond Coconut Bliss Balls

Serves: 10-12 people

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes in fridge


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • 2 Tbsp Nutri V Mixed Veg Powder

  • 8–10 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 2 Tbsp nut or seed butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • Splash of plant-based milk, as needed


Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Blend until the mixture comes together. Add a splash of milk if needed.

  3. Roll into bite-sized balls.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
