Almond Coconut Bliss Balls
Serves: 10-12 people

Cook Time: 30 minutes in fridge
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 Tbsp Nutri V Mixed Veg Powder
8–10 Medjool dates, pitted
2 Tbsp nut or seed butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)
1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Splash of plant-based milk, as needed
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blend until the mixture comes together. Add a splash of milk if needed.
Roll into bite-sized balls.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
