Pumpkin Hummus

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas (or canned, drained & rinsed)

  • 2 tbsp Nutri V Pumpkin Powder

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1 clove garlic (or ½ tsp garlic powder for a milder flavor)

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)

  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice (brightens the flavor)

  • ½ tsp ground cumin (optional, adds warmth)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Water, as needed for desired consistency

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, pumpkin powder, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  2. Blend while slowly drizzling in olive oil.

  3. Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until you reach your desired creamy consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  5. Serve drizzled with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika or pumpkin seeds for extra crunch!

  6. Blend until smooth and spread generously on your sandwich, platter or with some carrots!
