Pumpkin Hummus
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
1 cup cooked chickpeas (or canned, drained & rinsed)
2 tbsp Nutri V Pumpkin Powder
2 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic (or ½ tsp garlic powder for a milder flavor)
2–3 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
1–2 tsp lemon juice (brightens the flavor)
½ tsp ground cumin (optional, adds warmth)
Salt & pepper to taste
Water, as needed for desired consistency
Method
In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, pumpkin powder, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Blend while slowly drizzling in olive oil.
Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until you reach your desired creamy consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve drizzled with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika or pumpkin seeds for extra crunch!
Blend until smooth and spread generously on your sandwich, platter or with some carrots!
