Serves: 2 people

Cooking Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
300ml almond milk (or any milk of choice)
2 heaped tbsp Nutri V Sweet Mixed Veg Powder
1 large banana
2 large orange or mandarin, peeled and de-seeded (or 50ml fresh orange juice)
½ tsp cinnamon (optional, adds warmth)
½ tsp ginger powder or a small slice fresh ginger (optional, for a zing)
Ice cubes as desired
2 Tbsp maple or honey or 2 medjool dates (if you like it sweeter!)
You will also need:
1x Blender
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend on high until smooth and creamy
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed
