Serves: 2 people

Cooking Time: 2 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 300ml almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 2 heaped tbsp Nutri V Sweet Mixed Veg Powder

  • 1 large banana

  • 2 large orange or mandarin, peeled and de-seeded (or 50ml fresh orange juice)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, adds warmth)

  • ½ tsp ginger powder or a small slice fresh ginger (optional, for a zing)

  • Ice cubes as desired

  • 2 Tbsp maple or honey or 2 medjool dates (if you like it sweeter!)

You will also need:

  • 1x Blender

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed
