Mixed Berry Smoothie
Serves: 2 people
Prep time: 7 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries 
- ½ cup oats 
- 1 tbsp honey 
- ¾ cup greek yoghurt 
- 7g any Nutri V veggie powder 
- 1 ½ cups milk (optional: full cream, almond, coconut) 
- Optional garnish: fresh berries, mint sprig 
You will also need:
- Blender 
Method:
- Transfer all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth consistency. Taste and check – if too thick, add extra liquid. 
- Serve into glasses and garnish with fresh berries, coconut flakes, mint or an extra sprinkle of Nutri V powder!
