Nana-Nutter Smoothie
Serves: 2 people
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas 
- 1 Tbsp honey 
- ¾ cup greek yoghurt 
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter) 
- 1 ½ cups milk (optional: full cream, almond, coconut) 
- 2-3 medjool dates 
- Optional: ¼ cup oats (add splash more liquid if so) 
- Optional garnish: cinnamon and blueberries 
You will also need:
- Blender 
Method:
- Transfer all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth consistency. Taste and check – if too thick, add extra liquid. 
- Serve into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or some extra veggie powder!
