Flatbread
Serves: 8 or 16 flatbreads
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 cups plain flour 
- 30g any Nutri V vegetable powder 
- 50g butter (or 50ml olive oil for vegan option) 
- 2.5 cups boiling water 
- Pinch of salt 
You will also need:
- 2 medium mixing bowls 
Method:
- Place flour, vegetable powder and salt in a bowl and mix. 
- In another bowl with boiling water, add butter and let it melt. 
- Add wet mix to the flour mix and stir through with a knife until mostly mixed, then tip on the bench and knead until combined and smooth. Add a little more water if not fully combined but shouldn’t be wet or sticky to handle. 
- Divide into even amounts, either 16 small wraps or 8 larger ones. 
- Roll out each ball and with a little flour between each. 
- Heat a heavy bottom pan until very hot. 
- Cook each wrap for about 1min on each side (if the pan is hot enough they should puff up a little).
