Chocolate Rice Krispies

Serves: 2 people

Prep Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

  • ¼ cup milk (you may need to make it a tad more runny!)

  • 2 cups rice crisps / rice bubbles

  • 4 Tbsp Nutri V Pumpkin Powder

  • ⅔–1 cup chocolate, melted

Method:

  • Mix peanut butter + maple syrup until smooth (microwave 20 seconds if needed). Stir through rice crisps and pumpkin powder.

  • Press into a lined tin, pour over melted chocolate, then set in the fridge or freezer.
